Prince Industries Expands Medical Device Capabilities With Acquisition of Bradford Machine
We are extremely proud to announce that we have successfully acquired Bradford Machine in a transaction that will expand our medical device, aerospace, and defense capabilities. This partnership will provide long-term, patient capital to expand our operational capabilities and support our customers’ future growth plans.
Prince has the financial capacity, industry knowledge, and commitment to take Bradford Machine (now known as Prince) to the next level. For example, we are targeting achieving AS9100 certification in 2024, with ISO13485 to follow. Prince already has two AS9100-certified machining facilities in Florida (Titusville and Tampa), where they also do 5-axis machining and work with high-temp alloys such as titanium and Inconel. This is in addition to a sheet metal fabrication facility in Batavia, IL, that has its own powder-coat paint line. We are now able to offer you the combined capabilities of all the Prince production facilities.
