Suggestions include material, plating, and tolerancing across all production machining services. Once your prototype has been finalized, Pepperell can provide manufacturing solutions including short-run and production volumes. With multiple 3D printers in-house, Pepperell can create a part in as little as one day, depending on complexity.

Receive your parts in four weeks or less from receipt of PO. Pepperell can meet your short-run or high-volume production requirements through our diverse array of CNC machinery and robotics. We combine a suite of multi-axis vertical and horizontal milling centers across two facilities to help you easily meet your urgent go-to-market timeline – from 1 to 10,000 pieces. Our CNC Turning Centers can support diameter turning up to 10 inches. We combine a fleet of lathes with tolerance capabilities down to .0002. Using our Sodick Wire EDM machine, our EDM specialists can produce both simple and complex parts with exceptionally tight tolerances and smooth finishes. Pepperell’s expertise includes precision drilling for fluid-filled chassis to aid in fluid flow and cooling.
