Prince not only offers manual MIG and TIG welding, we also offer two robotic welding cells for higher-volume applications.
- Three manual MIG and three manual TIG welding stations used by our AWS certified welders
- Two robotic welding cells with a maximum work cylinder of 4’x10′
- All parts are programmed offline using the latest robotic welding cell software
- Each robotic cell is configured to weld .020” aluminum to 1” carbon plate
- Systems are equipped with quick-change fixturing to allow rapid part change over
- Run sizes can vary from 25 to 1,000 pieces
- Three automated robotic GMAW/Mig welding cells
- Six manual welding stations
- (3) GMAW/Mig welding stations
- (3) GTAW/Tig welding stations
