Milling
We use a variety of CNC horizontal, vertical, and high-speed drill/tap milling centers to meet our customers’ needs. We are happy to offer 5-axis capability as well. Our horizontal milling capabilities include a 5-machine, 60-pallet (500 mm) Flexible Machining System (FMS) to reduce setups and maximize spindle on-time. These machines allow us to manufacture complex parts with minimal setup/handling.
We also offer vertical & horizontal machine milling capability in our Shanghai facility, providing peace of mind and production flexibility for our customers

Vertical CNC Milling

- Five-machine horizontal milling FMS (Flexible Machining System) with four loading stations, 500mm pallet

- FMS horizontal milling with two loading stations, up to 630mm pallet

- Four-machine horizontal FMS with rotary pallet system
