CNC Swiss Machnining and Turning

Prince Industries has long been known as a screw machine product supplier. Over the last fifteen years we have evolved into one of the premier CNC Swiss turning providers in the Midwest. With the reduction in lot sizes, increased part tolerances and the scarcity of experienced screw machine operators, Prince Industries felt we had to make a change. In 2001, Prince sold the manual screw machines and dedicated itself to the CNC Swiss technology. We soon discovered we were able to make the classic screw machine parts more effectively on the CNC Swiss machines.

The CNC Swiss machines allow the production of complex parts with large length to diameter ratios. The majority of the machines used in production today are equipped with live tooling and sub spindles to allow the manufacture of parts in one operation from bar stock material.
