CNC Milling / CNC Turning

Today we utilize CNC horizontal, vertical, and high-speed drill/tap milling centers to meet our customers’ needs. Our horizontal milling capabilities include a 4 machine, 24 pool pallet flexible manufacturing cell to help us reduce setups and maximize spindle on time. These machines allow us to manufacture complex parts with minimal handling.
Prince Industries, Inc. has a wide variety of CNC turning centers to complement our CNC Swiss machines. Robotically loaded turning centers allow us to make complex turned parts, even parts that require milling, in one handling! Machines with these capabilities allow us to manufacture our customers’ parts more economically while maintaining the highest quality.

Our milling/turning machines are also equipped with a variety of production enhancing attachments. They are also used in cells with to further improve our flexibility and productivity.
